Sixty-Three

Almost every year, Hope McIntyre asks me to participate in a play reading for her play writing class.

The big change this year is that PTE is going to open the readings up to the public and do them in the Colin Jackson Studio. The public reading is April 1st starting at 8pm, but the student writers & actors would likely meet a couple hours before for set up and final rehearsal.  In addition, we would be looking at rehearsal time in the days leading up to the reading. (It would not pay but it is open to the public so will be a good showcase opportunity, plus a chance to meet some emerging writers and Hope is usually able to get PTE to provide the performers with some comps to an upcoming show as a thank you.) There are 9 pieces and so I will likely read different roles for a few of them as they plan to have an ensemble of 8 actors rotate through the different scripts.

Should be fun, as alway.
