Forum Theatre Piece (titled “No Offense”), developed under the guidance of guest artist-in-residence Norma Bowles (Fringe Benefits, California) FemFest will break the rules of traditional theatre with a presentation of a forum theatre piece developed by local artists, community members, educators, students and artist-in-residence Normal Bowles. What begins as a blank canvas is destined to become a piece exploring Winnipeg’s issues and what it means to be human.

  • Tuesday, September 29th at 2pm
  • Friday, October 2nd at 8:30pm
  • Sunday, October 4th at 2pm

This piece will also be available to tour schools in the Winnipeg area during and after the festival. Norma Bowles will also be available to conduct workshops in the community and meet with local artists or community members during her stay in Winnipeg.
